You have until December the 30th to write our flight schedule on the Registration Control Panel in order to coordinate your transportation. This is very important, if you don't do it we won't be able to arrange a bus for you.
The bus schedule will be coordinated according to the majority's flight schedule.
Note: The opening activities will start at 17:00 (local time), in order to be on time the last bus will leave the airport at 16:00. If your flight arrives later, the OC will not be able to coordinate a transportation, please contact us to help you with the instructions for your own transportation.

The Training New Trainers (TNT) Workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn how to pass on effectively your knowledge and skills acquired as a volunteer in your own organization and become an Official IFMSA Trainer. It will be held as a Pre-Regional Meeting event (January 4-7, 2009) in one of the most exclusive highlands of Panama, the Anton Valley, which is 130 km from Panama City. The registration cost is only 110.00 USD.

Early Registration deadline extended |

The Early Registration deadline for the Regional Meeting has been extended until 22 October 2008 23:59 (-05:00 UTC). Please remember that in order to be registered correctly, you must access the RM Registration Form and also send the payment before the deadline. Also, as soon as all the delegates of your NMO are registered, ask your NMO President to request the invoice with the payment instructions. All of this should be done before the deadline.
