The Organizing Committee is preparing a special Social Program which includes a visit to the Panama Canal, the Old Panama City (Casco Antiguo) a glimpse of Panama City's vibrant night life and cuisine. All this is offered for only 40.00 USD.

Wednesday Jan 7th

After the Opening Ceremony we’ll begin the Social Program by taking you to one of the best discos of the City. On the exclusive Banks Area there is a special street named Calle Uruguay, where you can find the coolest discos of the city. Guru Clubbing Cult is the newest, biggest and luxurious. Other clubs are S6IS Bar & Lounge, The Gallery, K’OS Club, Voilà Club, People Bar & Lounge and Mystic. The entrance/cover charge to the disco is included in the package of the Social Program, your consumption isn’t. The individual drinks cost 2.00 - 4.50 USD each and the bottles begin at 25.00 USD.

Thursday Jan 8th

Get ready for one of the best night’s you’ll ever have in your life! Wear your sweater (included in the package) and get on the bus that has been specially designed to carry a Murga (Typical Panamanian Band) or a DJ in the back. You’ll have crazy fun as you dance, drink, sing and socialize while on a moving bus. The Open Bar is included in the package as well. We’ll visit great places like the Causeway, a disco along the way, and many more. 

Friday Jan 9th 

This day is a National Holiday where it is forbidden to sell or drink any alcohol (Martyr’s Day). That’s why we have decided to take you to all of the touristic places instead.

First, we’ll Visit The Panama Canal & Locks. Your can have a glimpse beforehand of what you’ll see in this site (http://www.pancanal.com/eng/photo/camera-java.html).

After that we’ll go see Old Panama, the first city built in Panama, destroyed in 1671 because of pirate Henry Morgan’s greediness. You will be able to buy some souvenirs while you're there.

Following that we’ll have a walk in Las Bovedas and Casco Viejo, a charming town with Spanish colonial architecture, excellent restaurants, stores and interesting art galleries. We’ll see the spectacular cathedral from 17th century and our National Theatre, with 800 seats and a perfect natural acoustic. You could visit the Museo del Canal Interoceánico and learn everything about Panama Canal history; and the Presidential Palace, a great model of Spanish architecture. The Casco Viejo is a World Heritage Siteas declared by UNESCO.

All the entrances to the activities on this day are included in the package, as well as the tour guides.

Saturday Jan 10th

We’ll end the social program with the traditional National Drinking Party at a Social Area in one of the City’s Buildings. There will be a pool so bring you bathing suit! We will have dinner, dancing, drinking and lots of fun!
